About US

During COVID-19 times, the tourism industry basically came to a standstill. The Northern part of Pakistan which normally runs on tourism had no alternates to revert to. So, we came up with the novel idea that by procuring Yak heads and Ram’s heads, processing them, degreasing them, disinfecting them, and turning them into great decoration pieces, we could sustain a supply chain that would benefit all that was part of this chain.
This meant that the butchers, the transporters as well as everyone providing ancillary stuff and services would stand to make up a small amount of money. In Gilgit Baltistan, the land is harsh. Economic activities are few and far between. This skull-treating venture of ours now acts as a potential lifesaver for our community.
We have established our workshop in Lahore which has all the required machinery and processes have been mastered and put in place. We hope to ship all over the globe. We would like to emphasize that none of the animals were killed for their horns. Instead, when winter approaches with sub-zero temperatures, most of the families’ sacrifice one Yak to use its meat throughout the very harsh winters. We don’t believe in poaching animals for the sake of their skulls, bones /horns, skin.
What makes Yak Skulls, horns unique is that Yaks live in a region which is 3500-5000 meters above sea level. They are not part of the usual pastures. Instead, they live in an environment which is cold to say the least. Hence, procuring them usually takes some doing. They are more unique and rarer because to acquire them, you usually have to go to distant and far-flung places.
